This policy explains what happens to your information when you use rkeinmotors.com. It is written to be short and clear. If you have a question, call or WhatsApp +961 3 000 420.

What we collect

• Nothing automatically about you. The website has no accounts, no advertising trackers and no tracking cookies.
• Your shortlist (the cars you save with the heart) is stored only in your own browser, on your device. We cannot see it. You can clear it any time with “Start a new shortlist” or by clearing your browser data.
• Messages you choose to send. The shortlist and “Sell your car” forms do not send anything to our servers. They open WhatsApp with a message ready, and nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. What you send is then handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy, and by our team to answer you.

Visitor statistics

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not track you across websites.

Maps and social media

The map on the Visit page loads from Google only after you tap “Show the map”. Links to Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Google Maps and isf.gov.lb take you to those services, which have their own policies.

How we use your messages

We use the details you send us (name, phone, the cars you like, trade-in or loan questions) only to answer you, arrange a visit or a sale, and follow up on that request. We do not sell your information.

Owner listings (#اعرضهاالان)

If you advertise your car with us, the car details and the contact you give us are shown publicly on the website so buyers can reach you. Ask us any time to update or remove your listing.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete the messages and details you sent us, or to remove your listing, by contacting +961 3 000 420.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
